<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-57 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF ARDEN HILLS REPRESENTATIVES <br />TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY HIGHWAY 96 TASK FORCE FOR THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT OF HIGHWAY 96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation and Ramsey County have entered <br />into a memorandum of understanding which provides for the consolidation of <br />roadway jurisdictions in Ramsey County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the consolidation plan provides for the tumback of State Trunk Highway 96 from <br />State Trunk Highway 61 to Old State Trunk Highway 8 to Ramsey County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County intends to accept the jurisdictional change on December 1, 1994; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has asked Arden Hills to appoint three representatives to a <br />Highway 96 task force that would develop a concept report and related planning <br />documents for desired roadway improvements; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: that the following three individuals be appointed as Arden Hills representatives to the <br />Highway 96 Task Force: <br />Dan McCallum from the Economic Development Committee <br />Dick Roessler from the Public Works\Safety Committee, and <br />Dan Winkel, Public Works Superintendent. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY CO <br />THIS 31ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~wd~ <br /> <br />TERRANCE R.
