<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CLERK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the resignation ofthe City Administrator has created a temporary vacancy in the <br />City Clerk function; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has been asked by the City Council to assume the <br />responsibilities of Acting Clerk! Administrator on a temporary basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require City cash disbursements to be signed by three (3) <br />different corporate officers: Mayor, City Clerk and Treasurer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City may have a need to disburse funds as early as November 1, 1994; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: that Brian Fritsinger be appointed as Deputy Clerk for the purposes of being an <br />authorized signer on the City's checking accounts until such time as the Clerk! Administrator <br />position vacancy is filled on a permanent basis. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COD CIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 31ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994. <br /> <br />
