<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-61 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY IN THE COUNCIL SEAT HELD BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER DENNIS PROBST <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember Dennis Probst has tendered his resignation as a Counci1member <br />for the City of Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council would like to formalize its prior action in accepting <br />the resignation of Counci1member Dennis Probst and in declaring a vacancy in the <br />Council Seat formally held by Councilmember Dennis Probst. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: that the Arden Hills City Council hereby accepts the resignation of Counci1member <br />Dennis Probst and declares a vacancy in the office of Counci1member for the Council Seat held by <br />Dennis Probst. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 14TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1994. <br /> <br />~~ ~~~p~' <br />BEvERLY APL WS, ACTING MAYOR <br /> <br />:;?~ II /J; <br /> <br />TERRANCE R.
