<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-62 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING DENNIS PROBST AS MAYOR OF <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council previously accepted the resignation offonner Mayor <br />Thomas Sather and declared a vacancy in the Office of Mayor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council would like to formalize its prior action in appointing <br />Dennis Probst to fill the vacancy in the Office of Mayor of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: that the Arden Hills City Council hereby appoints Dennis Probst to fill the vacancy in <br />the Office of Mayor for the City of Arden Hills until such office is filled in January, 1995, as a <br />result of the elections of 1994. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 14TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1994. <br /> <br />BEL~~w~~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />tipf4J(J;l fJ <br /> <br />TERRANCE R.
