<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASmILITY REPORT IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE COUNTY ROAD F STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by the <br />reconstruction of County Road F between Old Snelling Avenue and I-35W (the <br />improvement); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to secure a preliminary feasibility study in order to consider <br />making the improvement; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: this matter shall be referred to MSA, Consulting Engineers, who is requested to <br />provide to the City Council a report advising, in a preliminary manner, whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement and the estimate cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />D <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY CO <br />THIS 28TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1994. <br /> <br />E CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ Ii, {dv <br /> <br />TERRANCE R.
