<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day of <br /> <br />June, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Aplikowski, Larson, Malone and Rem; Mayor Probst <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />Member Malone <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-19 <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A <br />HOUSING FINANCE PROGRAM TO FINANCE AN ELDERLY <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, GIVING PRELIMINARY <br />APPROVAL TO THE PROJECT AND THE ISSUANCE OF <br />REVENUE BONDS PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA LAW, AND RATIFYING <br />THE PREPARATION OF A HOUSING FINANCE PROGRAM <br />(PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OBLIGATED GROUP PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br /> <br />Rem <br /> <br />, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Aplikowski, Larson, Malone, Probst, and Rem <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
