<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 99-26 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS <br />ALONG A PORTION OF CLEVELAND AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County (the "County") has planned the improvement of Cleveland <br />Avcnue (C.S.A.H. #46) from First Street SE to Thom Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway Funds (S.P. 62-646-12) <br />on the improvement of said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not conform to tbe approved minimum standards as <br />previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed <br />construction as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain <br />parking restrictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be necessary prerequisite to the approval <br />of this construction as a County State Aid project in tbe City has been determined. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />requests the County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the east side of Cleveland <br />Avenue from the south side of the Soo Line railroad bridge to Thom Drive. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 30th DAY OF AUGUST, 1999. <br /> <br /> <br />D NNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TE~T' 11r~R~DMINISTRATOR <br /> <br /><~;. <br /> <br />.
