Member Malone introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-32 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE <br />OF SENIOR HOUSING REVENUE BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS <br />FOR A SENIOR HOUSING AND HEALTH CARE PROJECT <br />(PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF ARDEN HILLS, INC. PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member _ <br /> <br />Aolikowski , and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Aplikowski, Larson, Malone, Probst, and Rem <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
