This <br />will result in a net cost of $54,240 for the program, which will be shared <br />equally by the 2416 participating households. This will result in a cost of <br />$22.45 per year for each household. <br /> <br />Currently, Arden Hills ranks high on the,amqullt of ;materials recycled';lnd their <br />goal is to increase recycled amounts each year. No program changes are planned. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. HOW WILL THESE ACTIVITIES BE EVALUATED? <br /> <br />Evaluation is made by citizen contact and staff supervision and monthly recycled <br />material weight tickets. <br /> <br />4. IF THESE ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING RECYCLING COLLECTION) WILL BE CONDUCTED BY A <br />SUBCONTRACTOR, WHAT PROVISIONS WILL BE MADE TO MONITOR AND AUDIT <br />SUBCONTRACTOR ACTIVITIES? <br />Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of complaints received by the City <br />Administrative office. City Ordinance #287 allows multiple family dwellings <br />and manufactured home parks to submit evidence of a contract and other <br />information. <br /> <br />. <br />
