Malone has submitted his resignation as an Arden Hills Councilmember <br />effective on November 30, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council received the notice of resignation on October 12, <br />1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy of Councilmember for the unexpired term. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Milmesota: <br /> <br />That a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills City Council for the office of Councilmember <br />for the unexpired term which is until December 31, 2000, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 25th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1999. <br /> <br /> <br />ATITISj~ ~ ~ <br /> <br />TERRAN E R, POST, INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
