<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1999/2000 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for rehabilitation of various components of <br />the City of Arden Hills sanitary sewer system, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law and the attached bids were received complying with the advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Public Works Director have recommended the additional <br />work scope contemplated in Bid Alternate #1 be undertaken with the base contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Lametti and Sons, Inc. of Hugo, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden I-Iills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />I, The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to enter into <br />contract with Lametti and Sons, Inc, as approved by the City Attorney, for <br />completion of the 1999/2000 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program, according to <br />the plans and specifications developed by the City Engineer, including Bid <br />Alternate No, I. <br /> <br />2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposit made with their bids upon execution of the above-specified <br />contract, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS gU.
