<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-45 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING <br />THE 2000 - 2004 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has elected to prepare an annual Capital Improvement <br />Plan (CIP) for the long-term financial planning efforts of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2000 - 2004 CIP includes the various equipment and capital projects being <br />contemplated by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the proposed 2000 - 2004 CIP on <br />various occasions throughout 1999, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the 2000 - 2004 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) be adopted to assist with the future <br />financial and capital planning efforts of the City, but is adopted as a general direction <br />plan, and is not intended to confer the automatic purchase of any of the items listed in the <br />plan. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T <br />THIS 13th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
