<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-05 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE RAMSEY COUNTY RICE CREEK <br />NORTH REGIONAL TRAIL CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared a Master Plan dated December, 1997, for the Rice <br />Creek Regional Trail Corridor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills Staff have reviewed the plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has incorporated the City Staff comments into the Master Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) Reutilization Committee provided <br />input into the corridor long-range plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the City of Arden Hills approves the acquisition and development of the Ramsey <br />County Rice Creek North Regional Trail Corridor. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 5TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~"'" <br />~I I I ~ I I '1'-/ _:::t:~..,}j, <br />C:^' ""-,,,;(._' <br />
