<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-07 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1998 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills City Code provides that permit/license fees be <br />established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fees charged by the City, and would <br />recommend that the majority of these fees remain the same for 1998; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that <br />the attached fee schedule be adopted: <br /> <br />(See Attachment A) <br /> <br />, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees shall become effective January 5, 1998. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C TY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 5TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />BRIAN FRlT NGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ii' <br /> <br />., r <br />..., <br />
