<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SNELLING AVENUE AS <br />A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the street hereinafter <br />described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota <br />Law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Commission has approved the turn back of Snelling Avenue <br />(County State Aid Highway 76) to the City of Arden Hills by Ramsey County Resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has approved the turn back of Snelling Avenue (County <br />State Aid Highway 76) by Arden Hills Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />The section of Snelling Avenue, approximately 0.86 mile in length, between Trunk <br />Highway 51 and County Road E be, and hereby established, located, and designated a <br />Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Transportation ofthe State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk!
