<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-13 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CITY TRAIL CULVERT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the bridge that exists over the wetland crossing is inadequate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the engineering firm of MSAlHRG recommended replacing the wooden bridge <br />with a culvert and the City's new engineer, BRW, concurs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this is an item budgeted in the 1998 Park Maintenance budget; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Plans and specifications need to be drafted in order to obtain price quotes for the <br />project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that BR W, Consulting Engineers, are hereby ordered to prepare plans and <br />specifications for a trail wetland crossing culvert. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCI~.oF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 26TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1998. /:/ ):/ <br />/" 4 ' <br />/~....
