<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-21 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID <br />STATUS FOR COUNTY ROAD F <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the street hereinafter <br />described should have its Municipal State Aid Street designation revoked under the provisions of <br />Minnesota Law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has approved the turn back of County Road F (MSAS <br />101) to Ramsey County by City Council Resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Commission has approved the turn back of County Road F <br />(MSAS 10l) by Ramsey County Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />The section of County Road F (MSAS 101), approximately 0.44 miles in length, between <br />I-1amline Avenue and Lexington Avenue be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State <br />Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of <br />the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation <br />for his consideration. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.t,.F TH~ CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 26TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1998. /1)/ // <br />Ii" Ii/ / <br />/,r. if / <br />/ J"I/ J.i /' <br />/ /1!fl' /.., / /~'J~~i <br />'.' . i i~ )/'%;;1' <br />i// .,vl"i If 'F" <br />. i I <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />c: ;,.\ <br /> <br />i/, '.",~:'.
