<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 98-25 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WATER LINE EASEMENT AT 3210 AND 3220 <br />HAMLINE AVENUE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills Water Maintenance Department must have access to all <br />City water lines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that property at 3210 and 3220 Hamline Avenue has a one (1) inch City water <br />service line, and valves constructed on that property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owners at 3210 and 3220 Hamline Avenue in the City of Arden Hills <br />have offered easements to the City on a portion of their property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, MN <br />that: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Arden Hills accepts the water line easement drafted by <br />City Attorney, Jerome P. Filla <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and City Administrator will execute the necessary documents required to <br />convey this easement. <br /> <br />3.
