<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 98-27 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1998 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />ASSESSMENT RATES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills ordered the <br />making if the 1998 Street Improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans and <br />specifications addressing the necessary requirements ofthe 1998 Street Improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the 1998 Street Improvements will consist of <br />two distinct levels of street repair; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those levels will be total street reconstruction, and bituminous overlay. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The residential property assessment rate for complete street reconstruction, including <br />pavement removal, subgrade correction, grading, compaction, concrete curb and gutter <br />construction, paving, and restoration shall be established at $48.85 per assessable foot of <br />frontage, as per the City's assessment policy. <br /> <br />2.
