<br />- <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-32 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRICE QUOTE AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A CITY TRAIL-CULVERT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project amount is under $25,000, so price quotes were obtained from six <br />contractors; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest qualifying quote was received from Lametti and Sons, Inc., for $12,675, <br />which includes some trail reconstruction for anticipated damage. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the construction of the City trail culver! is awarded to Lametti and Sons, Inc. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />.
