<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-33 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVISING <br />THE 1998 STREET IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT RATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City had previously considered this subject by the adoption of Resolution No. <br />98-27 on February 23, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the benefitting property owners is classified as exempt property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made further analysis and determination of the nature of <br />surface water management system improvements for 1998 Street Reconstruction projects; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The residential property assessment rate for complete street reconstruction, <br />including pavement removal, sub grade correction, grading, compaction, concrete <br />curb and gutter construction, paving, and restoration shall be established at $39.98 <br />per assessable foot frontage, as per the City's assessment policy. <br /> <br />2. The residential property assessment rate for bituminous milling and overlay <br />improvements shall be established at $5.20 per assessable foot of frontage, as per <br />the City's assessment policy. <br /> <br />3.
