<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1998 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of various City of Arden <br />Hills streets, bids where received, opened, and tabulated according to law and the attached bids <br />we ; received complying with the advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that T.A. Schifsky & Sons of North St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to enter into the <br />attached contract with T.A.
