<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-45 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING GREGG S. LARSON TO FILL COUNCIL VACANCY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills City Council due to the resignation of <br />Councilmember Dale Hicks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received letters of application of qualified persons interested in <br />serving in this capacity; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the qualifications of the applicants at its June 15, 1998 <br />Council Worksession; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the vacancy by appointment of an Arden Hills <br />resident; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED hy the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Milmesota: <br /> <br />That the Council hereby appoints Gregg S. Larson to serve as Councilmember of the City <br />of Arden Hills for the remainder of Councilmember Hicks term, which expires on <br />December 31, 1998. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 29TH DAY OF JUNE, 1998. <br /> <br />
