<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-50 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1998 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION <br />PROGRAM. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for rehabilitation of various components of <br />the City of Arden Hills Sanitary Sewer System; bids were received, opened, and tabulated <br />according to law and the attached bids were received complying with the advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended the additional work scope contemplated in <br />Bid Alternate #1 be undertaken with the base contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota is the <br />lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Milmesota: <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to enter into the <br />attached contract including Bid Alternate #1 with Infrastructure Technologies, Inc., as <br />is approved by the City Attorney, for the completion of the 1998 Sanitary Sewer <br />Rehabilitation Program according to the plans and specifications developed by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />2.
