<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-57 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR 1200 & 1210 WEST COUNTY ROAD E <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dorsey & Whitney (Northpark Commercial Properties Limited Partnership), 220 <br />South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 requested the termination of a Special Use <br />Permit, Planning Case Number 89-07; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills issued Special Use Permit Planning Case Number 89-07 to <br />Farmers Insurance Group on April 27, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the requested Planning Case Number 98-18 to revoke Special Use Permit was <br />reviewed by the Arden Hills Planning Commission at a public hearing on the 1 ,t day of July, <br />1998, and approved by the Arden Hills City Council on the 27th day of July, 1998; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota hereby agrees to the revocation of Special Use Permit in Planning Case 98-18 for the <br />property as described on Exhibit A. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 31 ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />ER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />j fP.. <br /> <br />
