<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-59 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE <br />MATTER OF IMPROVEMENT FOR A PORTION OF WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD <br />AND THE WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD AND HIGHWAY 96 INTERSECTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution ofthe Council adopted August 10, 1998, a Preliminary <br />Feasibility report has been prepared by BRW, Consulting Engineers, with reference to <br />improvements to a portion of West Round Lake Road and the West Round Lake Road and <br />Highway 96 intersection within the City of Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this report was received by the Council on September 14, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is expected that Ramsey County will reimburse the City for the County's share <br />of the improvement, which is estimated at $337,520.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, informational meetings and public hearings will be scheduled, if necessary, to <br />gather public input regarding the improvement at a later date. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost effective, and feasible as detailed in the Feasibility <br />Report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Feasibility Report received by the <br />City Council on the 14th day of September, 1998. <br />3. BR W, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
