<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to recognize the efforts and years of service of <br />Cynthia Walsh; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Walsh has provided services to the City of Arden Hills in the Parks and <br />Recreation Department for eight (8) years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Walsh, during her eight (8) years of employment, with professionalism and <br />dedication, represented the City as part of many ongoing efforts with its citizens, businesses and <br />educators; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Walsh has resigned from her position as Community Development Director <br />effective September 14, 1998, in order to accept a position with the City of St. Louis Park. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED THIS 14T11 DAY OF <br />SEPTEMBER, 1998 by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />The City Council wishes the best to Cynthia Walsh, and expresses their appreciation to <br />her r her years of service to the citizens of Arden Hills. <br /> <br /> <br />BE <br /> <br /> <br />V~L, vvJ,k <br /> <br />PAUL 1.
