<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-62 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ELECTION RESULTS CANVASSING MEETING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 205.185, Subd. 3, assigns the responsibility of the City Council <br />to review an elections summary of voting and to verify results; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this canvassing procedure must be completed by the City Council on a timely basis <br />so that the results can be communicated to Ramsey County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County, in turn, must complete their canvassing of election results within <br />a timely manner. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the General Election Results Canvassing Meeting, as required by Minnesota Statute <br />205.185, Subd. 3, be held on Thursday, November 5, 1998 at 5:00 p.m. at the Arden Hills <br />City Hall, 4364 West Round Lake Road, Arden Hills, MN 55112. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 13th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1998. #-' <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />D <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />BRIAN FRITS <br /> <br />1(",'), ' <br /> <br />
