<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-63 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE 1999 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, <br />WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 31, 1998, a Preliminary <br />Feasibility Report has been prepared by BRW, Consulting Engineers, with reference to the 1999 <br />Arden Hills Street Improvement of West Round Lake Road from 500 feet south of Highway 96 <br />to Gateway Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Report and a later Addendum was received by the Council on November 9, <br />1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the <br />Report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Mimlesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated <br />cost of the improvement of$I,543,835. <br /> <br />2.
