<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-65 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR A PORTION OF WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD, <br />INCLUDING THE WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD/HIGHWAY 96 INTERSECTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on September 14, 1998, the City <br />Engineer (BR W) has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of West Round Lake <br />Road from Highway 96 to the southwest comer of what is now the Indykiewicz property <br />including the West Round Lake Road/Highway 96 intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has provided the City such plans and specifications for review, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed and found acceptable those plans and specifications; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that: <br /> <br />The City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br />advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvemcnt under such approved plans and <br />specification. <br /> <br />The advertisement shall be published once each week for a period of two weeks, shall specify the <br />work to be done, and shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator until 2:00 <br />p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 1998, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read <br />aloud at the Arden Hills City Hall. <br /> <br />Bids will then be tabulated for consideration by the City Council at a meeting there of at 7 :30 <br />p.m. on January 4,1999, at the Arden Hills City Hall.
