<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-68 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />A FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the terms of the proposed Fire <br />Protection Service Contract with the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed contract adequately addresses the concerns <br />of the City of Arden Hills; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the City Council hereby approves the proposed Fire Protection Service Contract <br />with the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Administrator to execute such contract on behalf ofthe City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy ofthis resolution shall be attached to such contract. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 30th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Ck:/~'iiA \ <br /> <br />I",,",,~;'\, <br />..I,tl~/< <br />
