<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-71 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1999 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills City Code provides that permit/license fees be <br />established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fecs charged by the City, and would <br />recommend that the majority ofthese fces remain the same for 1999; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that <br />the attached fee schedule be adopted: <br /> <br />(See Attachment A) <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees sbal1 become effective January 1,1999. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 30'h DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />BlliN~~~STRATOR <br /> <br />eel])::::, <br />TI:~ f <br />-f-*2., <br />
