<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING <br />THE 1999 - 2003 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has elected to prepare an annual Capital Improvement <br />Plan (CIP) for the long-term financial planning efforts of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1999 - 2003 CIP includes the various equipment and capital projects being <br />contemplated by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the proposed 1999 - 2003 CIP on <br />several occasions throughout 1998. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: that the 1999 - 2003 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) be adopted to assist with the <br />future financial and capital planning efforts of the City, but is adopted as a general direction plan, <br />and is not intended to confer the automatic purchase of any of the items listed in the plan. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T <br />THIS 14TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/l <br />/ _/__CC> <br /> <br /> <br />BRIAN FRITSING <br /> <br />ITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
