'-. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-80 <br /> <br />REVISING SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT (SWM) UTILITY RATES <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1999 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council established a policy to review surface water management (SWM) <br />rates on an annual basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff'has reviewed the utility cost structure and has recommended that the <br />Arden Hills City Council increase SWM utility rates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate increase is necessary to enable the utility to <br />remain self-supporting. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that, <br />effective January I, 1999, water utility rates be revised as follows: <br /> <br /> Current Rate Revised Rate <br />.
