However, there are two general "house-keeping" <br />items which require Council approval. <br /> <br />· Upon hiring Pang Silseth as the Office Support Specialist, staff physically relocated this <br />position to the additional space in the reception area of City Hall previously occupied by <br />Sandra Byl, Customer Service Representative II. Sandra Byl's position has been <br />relocated to the Finance area of the office and has been re-desiguated to (half-time) <br />Utility Billing Clerk. <br /> <br />· In keeping with more current language, amend "Personnel" to "Human Resources". <br />
