Guidant Campus Master Plan Final Alternative Urban Areawide <br />Review and Mitigation Plan for City Council Approval <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />BaSed on information submitted during the public comment period for the Alternative Urban <br />Areawide Review (AUAR), SRF Consulting has prepared the final AUAR document for the <br />Council's review and comment. <br /> <br />While much of the AUAR document remains unchanged from when the Council approved the <br />public comment draft of the AUAR, this version includes the following notable additions: <br /> <br />1. Appendix D: Draft AUAR Comments and Responses- This section outlines and <br />provides responses to comments received during the public comment period. Once <br />Council is comfortable with the responses, staff will forward them along to the <br />respective individuals and agencies. <br /> <br />2. Appendix E: AUAR Mitigation Plan- This section, a key element of the AUAR <br />process and document, outlines how any identified environmental impacts will be <br />mitigated and who will be responsible for the mitigation. <br />
