In addition, Guidant conforms with all <br />requirements for the Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generators license from the Ramsey <br />County Department of Environmental Health. An Emergency Response Plan is filed with <br />the local fire and emergency response officials. <br /> <br />C. INDICATE THE NUMBER, LOCATION, SIZE AND USE OF ANY ABOVE OR <br />BELOW GROUND TANKS TO STORE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS OR OTHER <br />MATERIALS, EXCEPT WATER.
