We appreciate your expressions of support and
look forward to working with you and Jeff Harrison.

We remain conunitted to the Vento Re-use Plan and to an open and inclusive planning process.
Weare currently working with a Master Planning Advisory Panel that consists ofrepresentatives
from our community and other interest groups and stakcholders, and we hope that someone from
your office will be able to attend these meetings. The next one is planned for February 4, 2003,
at 6:30 p.m. at the Arden Hills City Hall.

We were recently informed that the U.S. Postal Service has indicated a preliminary interest in
evaluating an 82 aCre site within rCAAP for a potential distribution facility.
