<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Draft <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, JANUARY 13, 2003, 7:00 P.M. <br />CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1245 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Beverly Aplikowski called to <br />order the Regular City Council Meeting at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Beverly Aplikowski, Council Members David Grant, <br />Brenda Holden, Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; Director of Community <br />Services, Aaron Parrish; City Engineer, Greg Brown; Building Official, <br />Dave Scherbel; Personnel/Deputy Clerk, Cynthia Young; and Recording <br />Secretary, Kathleen Altman. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Rem <br />seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the January 13, <br />2003, Regular City Council Meeting. The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. December 15, 2002 Special Council Meeting <br />B. January 7, 2003 Special Council Meeting <br />C. January 8,2003 Special Council Meeting <br /> <br />. City Administrator Lynch requested the following changes: None. <br />
