City adopts Final AUAR!Mitigation Plan(J) <br /> <br />2/24/03 <br /> <br />· Submit City's approval of Final AUARlMitigation Plan to EQB <br />Monitor for publication on March 3(2) <br /> <br />(1) Assumes no objections to final A UAR/Mitigation Plan are filed by government agencies, <br />(2) Assumes City Council will approve final A UAR/Mitigation Plan, <br /> <br />2/24/03 <br /> <br />Aside from the AUAR process, a Development Agreement still needs to be approved and <br />executed, Based on comments at the Work Session, staff met with the City Attorney today to see <br />how some of the issues identified by the Council could be incorporated into the agreement. It is <br />anticipated that this agreement will be considered in conjunction with Guidant's application for a . <br />final plat and right-of-way vacation. A representative of SRF, the consulting team preparing the <br />AUAR, will be available to answer any questions that the Council might have, Please bring the <br />copy of the AUAR provided at the Work Session.
