<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-23 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 2002 <br />PAY EQUITY REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Government Pay Equity Act, Minnesota Statutes 471.991- <br />471.999 and Minnesota Rules, Chaptcr 3920 requires submittal of a Pay Equity Implementation <br />Report, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ardcn Hills is now required to submit such report to the <br />Department of Employee Relations, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City contracted with Labor Relations Associates, Inc. (LRA) to review <br />the Arden Hills 2002 pay plan and LRA found that such plan is in compliance with State <br />requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, that it accepts the 2002 Pay Equity Implementation Report and directs staff to <br />submit such report to the Department of Employce Relations. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />10th day of February, 2003. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Joe Lynch, ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
