Based on the budget articulated in the Interim Development Agreement, attached is a <br />spreadsheet outlining expenditures to date relative to TCAAP. In addition, items related to <br />TCAAP will be denoted on the bimonthly claims and payroll. <br /> <br />· The regularly scheduled Development Team meeting occurred on Tuesday January 21,2003. <br />Meeting minutes are attached for your review. A meeting was also held February 4, 2003. <br />An agenda is attached for your review. Since the meeting was yesterday, minutes are <br />forthcoming. <br /> <br />Among other things, yesterday's meeting focused on the need to bring key stakeholders to <br />the table for diseussion. 'fhis could be done on an individual or group basis. In addition, the <br />need for some type of 3D model outlining existing conditions for the site was discussed. <br />This could be recreated digitally or physically. Council may recall the 3D model that <br />Guidant used when it was proceeding through its planning process. The next Development <br />Team meeting is scheduled for Tuesday February 18th, 2003. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Advisory Panel met on February 4th, 2003. In an effort to provide additional context, the <br />presentation focused on the linkage between demographics and housing. Preliminary market <br />research and brief update on the early transfer authority process was also provided.
