<br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Date: Tuesday, January 21 S\ 2003 <br />Time: 10:30 a.m. <br />Location: City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Attendees: Aaron Parrish, Peter Hellegers, Kent Carlson, Bart Rehbein, <br />Mark Vargo, John Hink, Shelley Broadbent <br /> <br /> <br />Land Transfer <br />. Looked over post office/land planning letters to various representatives that Aaron passed out; the <br />council will be going over these at tonight's meeting. Letters were to Ralph Conner (GSA), David <br />Eales (USPS), Senator Norm Coleman, Representative Betty McCollum, & Senator Mark Dayton. <br />(These letters state that the City Council opposes the location ofthe post office facility within <br />TCAAP.) <br />. Suggestion was made to have all the council members sign off on these letters once they go over <br />them at this evening's meeting. <br /> <br />Land Use and Infrastructure Planninl! . <br />. In regards to the Ramsey County Public Works Facility: DSU will request to do a site plan review of <br />this property. <br /> <br />Other Issues <br />. 2 action items that the city is lining up that was decided at last Friday's meeting (1117/03) @ city <br />hall are: <br />o Getting on agenda on County Board. <br />o Getting a meeting with the National Guard; possibly February 6, 2003. <br />. There will be 2 more advisory panel meetings coming up in the next couple of months. The next <br />meeting will focus on demographics and market research. <br />. Environmental grants are dispersed in May and October each year. John H. will write a proposal to <br />the city to request authorization to start working on obtaining any possible environmental grants. <br />. Request was made from the council for more detailed minutes. <br />. Next meeting will be Tuesday, February 4th, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. at the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />. <br />
