Resolution No. 03-23: Accepting the 2002 Pay Equity Report <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />amended and authorize execution of all necessary documents <br />contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />Doug Hartford. 1292 Ingerson Road, representing the Josephine Hills <br />Association Task Force, asked for an update regarding the Ingerson Neighborhood <br />Pavement Project and the Femwood Channel water quality meeting. He noted the <br />task force had not received any contact from City staff regarding the status of this <br />project. He asked if it was still the intent of the Council to have the assessment <br />hearing on March 10,2003. Mr. Lynch replied all of the residents who would be <br />impacted by an assessment would receive notice of the assessment hearing two <br />weeks prior to the March 10,2003, hearing date. He eXplained the timeframe for <br />objecting/appealing the assessments. <br /> <br />Linda Swanson. 1124 Ingerson Road, noted the Statute stated objections/appeals <br />must be filed with the City before or by the hearing date_ She noted they did not <br />have to file an appeal at that time. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown noted they were finishing up the design profiles for the Femwood <br />Channel/storm sewer. He noted they would have their concept plan by early next <br />week. He also noted they do intend to contact the residents. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartford stated he believed the association would not have sufficient time to <br />analyze any concept plan before the assessment hearing.
