She asked that this issue be brought forward at a <br />later meeting. She suggested discussing 2004 budgeting for the Northwest Youth <br />and Family Services. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski recessed the meeting at 9:10 p.m. and reconvened in <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Beverly Aplikowski <br /> <br />Interim Administrator Aaron Parrish <br />
