Dragisich <br />Senior Vice President <br />Manager of Management Consulting Services <br /> <br />Experience <br /> <br />As a Client Representative and a Project Manager for Springsted, Mr. Dragisich pertorms <br />management seNices studies for clients. He assists clients in areas such as seNice delivery <br />systems, financial feasibility, financing options, capital improvement programming, and <br />debt management. <br /> <br />Prior to joining Springsted, Mr. Dragisich seNed in three government management positions. <br />Most recentiy for the City of Spokane, Washington. he seNed as Assistant City Manager where <br />he managed a staff of approximately 1,000 and a budget of approximately $176 million. While <br />in Spokane, Mr. Dragisich restructured the Operations Division to increase efficiency and <br />responsiveness to customers' needs. The Operations Division encompassed Capital <br />Programs Pianning/ G.I.S. Engineering SeNices, Building Codes, Environmental Programs, <br />General SeNices, Planning, Solid Waste Collection and Recycling, Transportation, <br />Wastewater, and Water and Hydroelectricity. He also seNed as City Administrator for the City <br />of Virginia, Minnesota for nine years where he managed all City seNices in addition to the <br />Virginia Regional Medical Center and the Department of Public Utilities and as Utility Engineer <br />for 13 years. <br /> <br />Not only does Mr. Dragisich have several years of public finance and management experience; <br />he also has over 20 years of experience in engineering.
