Those professionals with appropriate experience and <br />currently in the corporate or agency sectors, were beyond our reach. <br /> <br />. Within the public and institutional sectors, it was difficult to find candidates who had experience managing <br />a large staff. <br /> <br />. Almost everyone who expressed an interest in the position asked if they would have to become a resident to <br />be considered. Obviously, Twin Cities residents do not know the law was changed years ago.
