She has <br />conducted searches ar rhe Manager, Director, Vice <br />President and General Manager level for small <br />privarely held companies to Fortune 500 corporations. <br />Her clients include companies from the following <br />industries: high rechnology, banking and financial <br />services, printing and publishing, consumer and <br />industrial manufacruring, educarion and non-profit. She <br />recruits professionals for corporations within human <br />resources and organizational development, accounting <br />and finance, operations, and engineering. <br /> <br /> <br />Kathy is also responsible for managing the firm's Sales <br />and Marketing practice, where she has completed <br />searches in marketing, product ITwnagement, sales and <br />sales management. She has also been involved with a <br />number of assignments where specific diverse work <br />force goals were indicated by the client. <br /> <br />Kathy graduated from Bethel College with a Bachelor <br />of Arts degree in Psychology.
