Final Plat of the Property <br />2. Vacation ofEasemeJ1t and Property for Femwood Avenue <br />3. POO Permit and Development Agreement <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />In effect, the POO I>ermit and Development will serve as the contractual document to govern <br />Guidant's campus development. More specifically, the agreement outlines the nature, timing, <br />and security for future public improvements; satisfaction ofthe park dedication fee; and clarifies <br />certain facets of the Master Plan PUD approval, <br /> <br />With the exception of Exhibit D, the Cummings Park Drive road improvement, the Council has <br />seen all of the other exhibits.
