The changes do _ <br />not represent an increase in traffic or any acceleration in development phasing from the approved ,., <br />Master Plan. Specific Site Plans for Building L and Building Addition I are addressed by <br />planning cases #03-06 and #03-07 respectively. <br /> <br />Plannine Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #03-05 the Planning Commission recommends approval of the Master Plan <br />PUD Amendment with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall continue to abide by the conditions of approval as stated in the <br />approved Master Plan PUD. <br /> <br />Outions <br /> <br />I. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial.
